The composition was commissioned by the Bulgarian National Radio especially for the IRC as a follow up to Kerkelov&#8217;s win at the 59th IRC&nbsp;in the &#8220;under 30&#8221; category&nbsp;with the piece &#8220;Attempt at Screaming&#8221;.
